Oddball Sports Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and located in the United States to use Oddball Sports. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.

Oddball Sports brings together pick'em pools, combined-score predictions and touchdown challenges, formerly offered as PickPerfect Sports, Underscore and Touchdown Tally. You can pick game winners, guess combined scores while staying under the actual total, and select players you think will score touchdowns. Results are for fun and bragging rights only. Available sports, game formats and scoring rules may change; the rules shown for each game determine how entries are scored.

The app lets you create or join "pools" with family and friends and submit "picks" on upcoming games. Pools and picks:

• are free to create, join and play,
• have no cash or monetary value of any kind,
• cannot be purchased, sold, traded or transferred,
• cannot be redeemed for money, goods, prizes or anything else of value, and
• award points only for in-app leaderboard ranking.

We may adjust scoring rules, pool settings and leaderboard calculations at any time. Pools and picks are not property and are revoked if your account is deleted or terminated.

Where a game uses virtual tickets, they are granted for free, have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, traded or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money, goods, prizes or anything else of value. We may adjust balances, grant schedules and entry costs. Tickets are not property and are revoked when an account is deleted or terminated.

Where shown, point spreads and betting lines are displayed for information only, to help you see which team is favored. They come from third-party sources and are not an invitation or offer to gamble. Nothing in the app can be staked, won or exchanged for anything of monetary value.

Oddball Sports is not a gambling, betting, contest or sweepstakes service. No real-money wagering of any kind is permitted or supported, and nothing in the app can be staked, won or exchanged for anything of monetary value.

Schedules, scores, spreads and statistics shown in the app come from third-party sources (including ESPN) and are unofficial. They are provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We are not responsible for errors in third-party data, and game outcomes in the app are settled based on the data available to us at the time of settlement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots or automation to play,
• create multiple accounts to manipulate pools or leaderboards,
• scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its infrastructure,
• harass other users or post unlawful, harmful or offensive content, or
• use the app for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You can delete your account at any time from the Me screen in the app, or by emailing support@uptempo.work. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.

The app, its design and its content (excluding third-party game data) are owned by UpTempo Group. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpTempo Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on scores, spreads or other third-party data.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
