Beak Patrol Terms of Service

Beak Patrol is an arcade flying game in which you pilot a bird officer and pop red-striped getaway balloons across levels set in locations around the world. Scores and progress are for entertainment only and have no cash or monetary value.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots or automation to play,
• create multiple accounts to manipulate scores or leaderboards,
• scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its infrastructure, or
• use the app for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@uptempo.work. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.

The app, its design, artwork and content are owned by UpTempo Group. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpTempo Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
