AcePace Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use AcePace. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.

AcePace generates personalized running training plans based on your current fitness and target race. You can log workouts, track progress toward race day, and — if you choose — connect third-party fitness services such as Strava to import activity data. Training recommendations are estimates and may not match your exact capabilities on any given day.

Running and training carry inherent injury risk. AcePace is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any training program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury. Stop any workout if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to follow any training suggestion.

If you connect Strava or another third-party service to AcePace, you authorize us to access and import the activity data you choose to share (for example, run distance, pace, duration, and heart rate). You can disconnect the integration at any time in the app or through the third-party service's settings.

Your use of Strava or any connected service is also governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of data provided by third-party services, and we do not control how they process your information.

You retain ownership of the workout logs, race goals, notes and other content you create inAcePace. By entering or importing that data, you grant UpTempo Group a limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process it solely to operate, sync, and improve the app.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter or import. Imported activity data may be approximate or incomplete; always review key workout details before relying on them.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose,
• interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure,
• attempt to access another user's account or data,
• reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its APIs, or
• upload false, misleading, or harmful training or health data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app, or by emailing support@uptempo.work. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law. Deleting your account does not delete data held by connected third-party services such as Strava.

The app, its design and its content are owned by UpTempo Group. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpTempo Group is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your training activities, your reliance on app recommendations, or your use of third-party integrations.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
