Urban Legends Privacy Policy

Urban Legends is an interactive tour guide for all ages and is still in development. This policy describes the privacy safeguards intended for the service. Its final features and data practices will be confirmed here before public release; it does not imply that accounts, location tracking, or other features are currently available.

If you contact us, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond and handle your request. Please do not send sensitive information or personal information about children.

Before launch, we will describe any information collected by the app, why it is needed, whether it stays on your device or is sent to us, and how long it is retained. This includes any account details, saved tour preferences, usage information, or diagnostics if those features are introduced.

If location-based tour features are introduced, we will explain their use and request the appropriate permission before accessing your device location. You may decline or revoke permission in your device settings; features that depend on it may be unavailable. Any background location use or retention will be disclosed before it is enabled.

Tour content is intended for any age. Children should explore with a parent or guardian. All-ages content does not require a child to create an account or provide personal information. Before offering features that collect personal information from children, we will implement legally required parental notice, consent, and safeguards. We will not knowingly collect such information without the authorization required by applicable law.

Parents or guardians may contact support@uptempo.work to ask about, review, or request deletion of their child’s information. If we learn that information was collected without required consent, we will take steps to delete it.

We do not sell personal information. Information provided in support requests may be processed by providers assisting us with communications, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect safety. Before release, we will identify relevant categories of app service providers and disclose any analytics or advertising practices.

We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting support@uptempo.work.

We will update this policy as development progresses and revise the last-updated date. Review the published policy before using the released app.
